Methodology
InfiniteBPO had developed a structured Six Sigma approach towards outsourcing. We aim to understand the root causes of our clients' problems and to design a remediation approach to resolve them.
InfiniteBPO has developed well-documented outsourcing standards which are applied to all of its outsourcing sites. These standards are based on industry-accepted best practices for Department Management.
Our credibility, in providing optimal outsourcing solution is proven with a consistent track record of exemplified execution. InfiniteBPO has developed a Transition Model which provides end to end solutions for offshoring business processes based on a Six Sigma framework with milestones, as well as client signoff and review sessions.

The InfiniteBPO Transition Toolkit © has been in development since 2001 and encapsulates the learning of the management team's experience in transitioning the processes from remote locations into India. While migration is not a painless process, the toolkit mitigates transition risks. This toolkit consists of documented methodology with, project plans, formats, tools, guidelines and a knowledge base of past learning, which aids the Transition Team from InfiniteBPO in de-risking the transition of a customer's process. |

Transition as a function is separate from Operations at Infinite. The transition professionals have a good working knowledge of diverse areas such as processes, technology, operations, training, HR, quality etc. in addition to good project management skills.
